Nothing New

We've been monitoring the various environmental categories of bills filed in the Texas House and Senate, and we see nothing new since the initial flurry in the week of November 13th (the starting point for prefiling proposed legislation in the 80th Legislature). No doubt there will be a flurry of activity after the holidays leading up to the kick-off in both houses at Noon on Tuesday, January 9th.
